I have no complaints about Dr. Pinero, who was very nice and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with Mercy, the dental hygienist, was quite different. I found Mercy to be rough and lacking patience and consideration during my visit. I also felt pressured to purchase additional products and treatments, such as fluoride treatments and laser therapy for gum disease.
