This is the worst place I have ever experienced. The service is subpar at best. I am still dealing back forth with their billing and my insurance although, I have proof their were paid.
First thing I noticed was that their office was not clean. It's not just the floors... the machinery was very dusty and the cabinets were stained. I made an appointment for a checkup AND a cleaning. After they took my x-rays, I sat there for a whole hour doing nothing... in a very uncomfortable position. The dentist finally came and told me that I had no cavities but I would have to come back another day for the cleaning. They charged me 36 dollars! Dental work is handled professionally and with compassion. All the staff are friendly and considerate - even to those of us afraid of dental work. I'm glad to have found Dental Wellness when searching for a new dentist.
