He recently came up with a plan to help with my teeth. Next thing I know, he wants to refer me elsewhere. Now, I am missing a front tooth and stuck with a flipper, which is extremely uncomfortable. I thought he was a good dentist, but you dont leave people without dental care after you already had plans set up with the patient. I sent alot of people his way after my first appt. years ago, but wont do that anymore.
RecommendedDr. Heinze knows his business...plus his staff is pretty cool!
I just had my first appointment today. I have pretty bad anxiety and the staff that helped me (sorry I didn't get your names), plus Dr. Heinze made me feel at ease immediately. The extraction I had was one of the easiest I have ever had (unfortunately I have had many). Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making me feel at ease and for the positive experience. You all rock!
Horrible. Several years ago when I came in for an extraction, Heinze cut my tooth in half before I was numb and when I was trying to tell him the novacaine wasn't working yet he got mad at me, threw down his tools and said "If you're going to be like that just get out of my office." He kept my money. I had to live for 3 months with my tooth neves exposed to the air while I tried to save enough money to get my tooth pulled by a competent dentist. Stay away from this place.
These guys are great. Always got me in on time & took great care of me. I will continue to use them for all my dental work.
Dr. Heinze and his staff are professional and take excellent care of you. I highly recommend them!
