I called asking for my son’s records. The front desk clerk told me my son had never been seen there before. Then back tracked and said he was seen once. She also said she had already sent me the record request through the mail. Which I never asked for before calling her. She was supposed to send me the records request through email. Never received it. Went in and talked to her in person. She then told me my son had been seen twice and when I asked her who she sent his records to. She said she got patients mixed up.
