Dental Town in melrose park was a great experience. Didn’t turn me down right way. They got me in quick on a Saturday which helped a lot for my son. The girls at the front desk were nice, polite, very helpful. Felt welcomed. She helped with forms and was understanding. Dr. Was good, in and out. Would recommend.
So before I arrived they sent me the documents to sign only in Spanish and I don’t speak Spanish. My appointment was at 3:15 didn’t get seen til 4pm and the exam not til 4:30. When the dentist finally sees me at 4:30 only for 10 mins , and she tells me they can’t do a regular cleaning because I need a deep cleaning. In 40 years I have always gotten a cleaning with out a deep cleaning. To make matter worst, the dentist and her assistant begin speaking in Spanish while she is in my mouth which is very unprofessional and rude. ... read more

We had a wonderful experience at DentalTown with my 9-year-old son. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, patient, and kind, which made a huge difference for a child his age. They took the time to explain everything in a way he could understand and helped him feel calm and comfortable throughout the visit.
