I’m very disappointed with Dental Team of Worcester. The office never informed us that Dr. Pereira had left the practice, yet they still use her name on pre-approval letters. The current staff seems new and lacks experience. It took nearly a year for them to properly submit a simple pre-estimate for a crown. On the day of the procedure, they insisted we pay upfront, and after contacting our insurance, we discovered they were trying to overcharge us by $50.
