My grandmother had a recent issue with this office. After a terrible service, where the dentist and his assistants ignored her well-being and forced her mouth open so wide that she had cuts and tears on her lips, she obviously did not want to return. She began to feel sick and generally unwell after this, and wanted to get a refund for the portion of the service that she didn’t receive. Went to see Dr Koeppen after breaking a tooth. He and his assistant did a wonderful job taking care of me. They are both personable and professional. Made me feel comfortable from the start. I highly recommend Dental Studio.
First time there and absolutely love the professional service. Clean environment and staff and dentist are very friendly.
I really like this dentist, the office staff, the hygienist and the other staff. Everybody there, very professional yet down to Earth. They explained things to me clearly which other dental professionals hadn’t bothered to tell me at all. I trust them.
On time, worked me in quickly for a loose crown. Friendly and efficient.
