Too many times my wife confirms for work on specific days and the day before or the day she shows up she is told she is no longer needed. She receives no compensation or consideration. If someone agrees to work at a location on a specific day a contract has been created by both parties and I don’t appreciate the dental offices canceling once a commitment has been made to them, assuming that DH’s time and plans have no value.
