Make sure the surgeon you paid for is the one working on your surgery. They had a new assistant doing things and she seemed confused. We waited over 2hours from our appointment to get started. No matter if you pay cash card or finance there’s no urgency. The staff was ok, but one lady the front desk was loud and rude and the other lady in the back his assistant almost got a piece of my mind but I just ignored her. I have EXTREME anxiety and had to get my wisdom teeth out in July. Dr. Faraj laid out every option for me and all the dental assistants were SO comforting and nice! I chose to do only numbing and got all 4 out at once. It was quicker than I thought and I was guided throughout the process to help my nerves.
