"Extremely poor and discriminatory experience with Dr. Gay and the management. It is clear that this clinic only provides quality care to patients who pay out-of-pocket, while completely neglecting and exploiting those under government assistance programs like Ontario Works. There is a senior female staff member in the management (looks of Chinese/Asian descent) who consistently tries to block Ontario Works patients from getting treatment. My mom had a tooth extracted recently and the staff were very caring and also followed-up with her the next day to make sure she was okay. Loved it. 🥰
I had a great experience having three teeth pulled in preparation for partials. Two had broken off right at the gum line so there was cutting and stitches involved. Dr. Gay and the attending nurse Jan were terrific and with a great sense of humor often necessary for nervous patients who need to relax. Jan and I reminisced about the 80's having had a few things in common and shared a few laughs. Next thing I new I woke up and it was all over. No pain, felt great and the healing was quick and easy. Had the two upper wisdom teeth out here, with surgery performed by Dr. Gay under general anaesthetic. Excellent clinic, smooth procedure, excellent follow-up and great staff. Highly recommend.
