I personally did not experience oral surgery through this clinic, but a close friend of mine did. We both had our wisdom teeth recently removed-- I two weeks earlier. They neither gave my friend ice (which is imperative for the swelling and for pain relief) nor did they prescribe them any pain relieving medication as they said they would, leaving them to ingest a rather precarious amount of ibuprofen. i gave the office my insurance card and the processed the information and told me that my procedure would be covered at 50%. After the work was done, they told me that it was not covered and I would have to pay the entire amount. I spoke with the insurance company and was told that they never checked on my coverage....it sounds like a scam to me. I have already filed a grievance with the insurance company as well as the state of Florida.
