I had a root canal done with Dr. Porras back in June of ‘24, and it was truly a traumatic experience. During the procedure Dr. Porras struck the nerve multiple times, to the point where my body was shaking and I was uncontrollably sobbing on the chair. Dr. Porras made absolutely no effort to comfort me emotionally nor medically. He just stared at me and said “ok, we really need to finish this procedure”. This is a wonderful, caring and highly professional practice. They took me on an emergency basis and did a root canal. The office staff was pleasant and I did not have to wait at all. The dental assistant was kind and helpful and Dr. Porras was very gentle and reassuring. He explained everything thoroughly, told me what to expect and answered all my questions. I feel like the specialists in this office really respect their patients. You're not sitting in the waiting room but for a few minutes, then brought into the room by super friendly staff who genuinely seem to love their job. Of course, no one really looks forward to a dental procedure, but Dr. Freedman always puts me at ease. He is friendly and really takes the time to explain the options. With all that is involved in installing an implant, I would not trust anyone other than Dr. Freedman.

Dr. Kaplan and the staff are super friendly! I was supposed to have a root canal done but my case was a bit tricky and Dr. Kaplan explained all the reasons why and what my options are. He was very helpful and funny too! And the staff was very nice from the moment I walked in. Will be back 🙏🏼… Well I came back, have 3 teeth pulled by Dr. London and he and his team went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience.
