was a disgusting 16 min visit and saw dr Oscar .dalmao....I have been going through not one but 3 life threatening illnesses including stage 4 cancer...He was very pushy and did not listen to me at all as i have major mobility issues and just kept saying get in the chair ....He offered me no real support and as an academic at the college level and such....his body language suggested i was just taking up his time ......he even twinged when i said do seniors get a discount as they do not accept the cdn dental plan...He was not... read more

I was referred to Dr.Dagher with severe tooth pain. I was seen very quickly and a decision was made on that appointment that the tooth needed to be removed. I was referred back to my general dentist who, unfortunately was on vacation. I called and spoke with Paula who was able to set me up with Dr. Dalmao to have the extraction preformed. The procedure was done with perfect professionalism from Dr. Dalmao and his team. I highly recommend Heritage Dental to anyone who needs specialized care. I was SCAMMED by this clinic and was given the worst treatment I have ever received from a dental clinic. I am currently in the process of filing to sue Dr. Mike Tzotzis in court. Near the end of my treatment he refused to do more work unless I pay an extra $1000. I never received a single email about my treatment from Dr. Mike and he waited until the scan of my teeth was done and then demanded extra money, when I told him that he is breaking his contract and that I will sue, he placated me and lied that he will take care of... read more
