Paid $1,500 upfront for braces with an estimated 9-12 month treatment plan, and in return got 2.5 years of stalling, insurance runarounds, and rude staff who even yanked my daughter out of the chair mid-appointment so they could argue billing. Their “treatment plan” ended with them offering a stainless-steel crown for a college student. Look elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.
This clinic takes adults, too. I am disappointed that when I met with Dr. Crist, his words were, "I move teeth. You need to get the missing teeth taken care of." I did precisely that. When I returned, I was told the partial would not work after the teeth were moved. I spent unnecessary money because I will have to do it again. He never informed me that it would only work if implants. I am also disappointed that no people of color work there. We have been going to Pediatric Dental Specialists for several years now. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Crist are absolutely wonderful. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve always had a wonderful experience here with our daughter, and believe me! She’s not an easy and compliant one. I love the atmosphere…definitely less intimidating for the kiddos when they have something fun to look at. Definitely recommend!
Love the doctors and the practice! Everyone to check in, hygienist’s and the assistants! Everyone is interactive, relays what’s going on and keeps my little occupied!
