For a routine exam it was a smooth and pleasant experience! Something I never would have said about any of the other dentists that I've seen in my 64 years! Dr. McGann and staff are always very pleasant, professional and beyond any of my normal dental expectations! I wish I had had this experience while growing up as I may not have developed the procrastination for getting checkups as I did. I cannot thank them enough for their fine service and for the appointment -reschedule option, reminders!
I think you have the wrong date for my next appointment the email says June 20th I think it should be November
I have "white coat syndrome" and seem to get extremely nervous and anxious whenever I walk into a medical professional's office. However, my experience at Mcgann Family Dental was wonderful. Lanette made me feel comfortable and always asked how I was doing throughout the visit. The staff is honest and trustworthy about the work that needed to be done. Will return to them for all my dental needs!
I love coming to McGann Family Dental. They are such a caring group and help me to feel comfortable when some of what I am going through is probably not that much fun, i.e. fillings, etc. I have been coming to this location for several year.
It was my first visit and I have no complaints. They took some extra time to get acquainted and to create records. The staff was friendly and answered any questions that I had.
Had my regular checkup and cleaning yesterday with Lanette. She is great. The entire staff at McGann's is great.
I must say that McGann Family dental did a fabulous job introducing me to there practice and there level of care. They walked me through all of my questions, and went above and beyond helping me understand many aspects of my dental health. I'm very happy with my move and would recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you!
My Dental hygiene appt. was excellent. My appt.. began right on schedule. I felt my cleaning and x-rays done by the hygienist and my exam done by Dr. McGann were thorough and well done. The staff was welcoming and kind. Suggestions for better self care were also given in a kind and caring manner. Excellent experience. Thank you one and all.
Thank you Dr. McGann and staff for your superior dental work and care !! I didn't think I would ever say this about a dental visit ! Really! I've always not wanted to "go to the dentist" and usually procrastinate and think of those type of visits as being the 'worst'.
