I had a root canal done, which was ok. What was totally irresponsible was that I was told my part of the bill for procedure, after them speaking with my insurance, was about 1/3rd of the bill. After the procedure, I paid that amount, and 2 days later I get a bill for 2.5 times that amount. Not only did they not actually get the estimate for the procedure, they never informed me that the Doctor that did the procedure was only in my network in Portland, not in Biddeford. WARNING: This is a FRAUDULENT SCAM ARTIST dental company! They will send you FALSE bills that are NOT connected to your insurance!!! 0 stars are not enough for this place. Not only is their customer service cold and underwhelming, they are rude to you on the phone and in the office. When I made an appointment with these folks for the first time ever, I was met with a clipped response that the appointment would be exactly an hour and to arrive a few minutes early.
