Dr. Collins and his staff are very professional. I have always been greeted with a smile, and his staff is very attentive. When I am anxious, Dr. Collins knows how to put my mind at ease. I have recommended Dental Smiles to family and friends. :)
Based on my own personal experiences at this place I do not recommend taking your children here. At this time they do not offer laughing gas or sedation for children or any patient. Even adults need laughing gas to help them relax and get numb before dental procedures. Their x-ray equipment is outdated and shorts out while they are taking x-rays forcing them to re-take x-rays sometimes. There are so many better dental offices in the world and I advise you to avoid this place.
EXCEPTIONAL customer service from beginning to end! The entire office staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Collins is by far one of the best dentists I have had in my life. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he thoroughly answered my questions, he honestly and objectively presented my treatment options, and he successfully relieved my pain. I have not had many good experiences with the six dentists I have seen in the past 10 years, but today I was pleasantly surprised. I had an appointment with Dr. Collins to give him a try. It started with Dominque, who was absolutely amazing, that sensed my nerousness and made me feel at ease. Dr. Collins came in shortly after and my first thought was, "Dang, he is just a baby!"
