I had such a great first visit with my child! Everyone was so friendly and patient. They took their time to explain everything! My child is so excited to go back.

0/5. Worst Dentists in Astoria. They denied treatment on my sibling with special needs, despite my parent waiting for almost an hour. I even heard the staff make disrespectful comments about my sibling while they were treating me. Plus, they were very careless while treating me, not allowing me to rinse the bad taste in my mouth after the procedure.
Very disappointing experience. They placed a crown on my child’s tooth that was clearly too big, and it fell out just one hour after we got home! We went back the next day — a Saturday — because both their website and the sign on their door said they were open, but when we got there, the clinic was closed. When we finally got to see them again, they replaced the crown, but this time it was too high, and now my daughter is in pain and can’t close her mouth properly. We had an amazing experience today with Dr. Jenna. She was incredibly patient and thoughtful, taking the time to explain everything that was about to happen. She really knows how to make children feel at ease and safe in her care.
