The service here is terrible. I had been trying to make an appointment for my son for over a month. There’s no real person you can speak to over the phone, it’s an automated system that doesn’t even work. All I got is a text with next available dates and I never got a confirmation. The hours are all over the place, I tried to go in person and they were closed as well. When I finally got an appointment from there, they rescheduled the day before by just leaving a message. Fantastic staff. I’ve had a great experience with everyone, they care so much about making children comfortable. Dr. K, Diana and everyone at the office are amazing! I’ve been bringing my children to this location since 2012.

We had an appointment today for my daughter at Dental Smiles 4 Kids Pediatric Dentistry, located at 18-15 Francis Lewis Blvd, Whitestone, NY 11357. She was having significant tooth pain and needed attention. Unfortunately, we arrived about 10 minutes late because there was an accident on the way and some streets were closed. I understand offices have schedules and policies, and I respect that. However, I was disappointed with the way the situation was handled.
