My kids love the dentist there...but I've tried getting some form filled out for school, if my kids needed any work done; which the long island school wants. I found out they are closed on Thursdays and every other Friday from the office manager. The office manager reached out to me even though they were closed, and checked that I recieved the signed document. Thank you for reaching out to me. It is much appreciated that you took the extra step for me.
Not happy! After hearing their "new policy" I need to find myself a new Dentisit. I have 3 children and live on LI but the Dentisit will only make appointments for two of my kids and the third on another date. They may not think so but my time is just as important as theirs and I should be able to bring my three children to the dentist on the same day. Keep in mind I was in no rush for an appointment all I asked was my three kids get seen on the same day.
