Professional, efficient. Only advice is book far in advance. They care for my kids well and I couldn't be happier with Dental Smiles 4 Kids as our dentist. Thank you!
The front office really needs improvement. A smile or basic friendliness would go a long way and the scheduling policies are honestly unreasonable. They refuse to see patients 6 and under after 12:30 even though most children are in school until 2. So they essentially expect parents to pull kids out of school for routine appointments. That’s just not realistic. Time to find a new dentist
My daughter loves the dentists. But when I try to make appointments she was so rude. Disappointed when I try to talk
I gave this place the stars I did due to the dentist alone. She, alone was absolutely amazing. First time here but possibly last. I came here for my boys first dentist appointment. First, I arrived 20 mins before appt as asked in texts. Filled out the paperwork before online. Once I entered the bldg, the receptionist was an extreme turnoff from the beginning. Brought my 3 yr old for her dental checkup before school. Got a quick appointment hardly no wait time. Filled out paperwork before the appointment. They are so good with kids explains everything before they do it. Dr. Anwar was so easy going and walked my daughter through the whole appointment.
