From making the appointment to the end of our first visit here, I would highly recommend this place for your children! The staff was sweet, the waiting area is extremely clean and greatly occupied to keep the kids busy while waiting. Appointment was on time. Professional, efficient. Only advice is book far in advance. They care for my kids well and I couldn't be happier with Dental Smiles 4 Kids as our dentist. Thank you!
The front office really needs improvement. A smile or basic friendliness would go a long way and the scheduling policies are honestly unreasonable. They refuse to see patients 6 and under after 12:30 even though most children are in school until 2. So they essentially expect parents to pull kids out of school for routine appointments. That’s just not realistic. Time to find a new dentist
