Cheerful and warm reception. Hardly waiting at all. Very thorough explanation of options and process once a course of action is agreed to. I’m up in years so the appointment reminders and directions were very helpful. A series of videos were provided as a constantly available guide on how to use and maintain the device. And follow up to assure comfort and effectiveness of the device was made convenient for me with a mix of in person and virtual appointments. I don’t know how it could have gone smoother! A++
