I've always had a pleasant experience here.
The HHHN website states that a number of the dental providers are accepting new patients. However, I was basically laughed at today when I called the center and asked if they were accepting new patients.
I can't thank this place enough for being so amazing and I'm able to smile after ten years!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They were good, but not now. My son has been a patient for years and they decided to bump him off his appointment because the hygienist took early maternity leave and we need to wait for rescheduling. Nearly half a year later and I call. No availability. Will call me back on Monday. Come Thursday still no call. I call and they say no availability until AFTER October and they aren't scheduling our that far. Both my husband and I have been Hudson Headwater clients for our medical care. My husband needed a new dentist. Called for an appointment close to a year ago. Although on the website it says some of the dentists are taking new patients it’s completely misleading. There is a waiting list of three years we were told today - after being on the list for a year. I expect better from Hudson Headwaters- like transparency- the truth is you are not taking new patients.
