This was my first time to Dr. Patel's office and it was by far the most pleasant trip I've ever made to a dentist's office. I walked in 10 minutes before my appointment and they were running right on schedule so there wasn't a room full of people waiting which was just awesome. Excellent receiving. The way doctors treating and explanation about Dental problems are excellent.
This was our first visit to the Schaumburg Dental Studio, all 3 of my children were having appointments in the same day. we were greeted with the smiling face of the receptionist, Dolly, who made the visit flawless for us. She truly knows the meaning of customer service. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, prepared for me when I arrived, and willing to adapt to my new issues. Even though my appointment was just an ortho check-up, Lizette and Dr Patel made time to patch a chipped tooth for me! Thanks!
