To sum it up, it's an awesome experience.
Great dental/orthodontic office. All the employees are friendly and helpful. PAIN FREE! And they regularly raffle off TV's. We won a 32" LCD HDTV Sony, last year.
Staff was awesome as complications arose during my oral procedure. They did their best to keep me relaxed, comfortable, and calm during almost a 2 hour extraction. Dr J was trying at all attempts to keep me informed as to what was going on, and estimations of how much longer it would be.
I have been terrified of dentists due to bad experiences I had as a child. Because of this I need extensive dental work done. Everyone has been very patient and caring. Due to the treatment of the staff, I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist.
Absolutely love the staff! Very professional and make everything go fast and smoothly. Dr. Patel is great, always thorough with his work and makes sure you're feeling comfortable with what ever it is that you need or are getting done for the day. Best dental office hands down!
This office is great from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you are treated with respect. They greet you when you walk through the door, and are very reassuring and calming when you express your nervousness... Lizette is amazing and helpful and really knows her stuff and Dr Patel is the best...wouldn't go anywhere else..
