Yesterday was not my day for the braces adjustment.I love the staff but things were done incorrectly or not at all today. A bracket was popped off, wires not engaged and wiring on the top not done properly. This was a first and not the norm for sure.
Wonderful experience every time!! The doctors and staff are consistently professional, friendly and competent every time. The appointment reminders are so helpful and keeps me in reminded in advance.I travel from Northwest Indiana /Porter County area and it is so worth it for the excellent service that I receive.They are simply the best!! I am truly pleased with my visit and overall experience with Schaumburg Dental Studio. I was greeted with such a great smile and attitude. I was given a tour of the facility and equipment used upon my visit which I've never experienced at any other dental offices or even do's offices before. I had my cavity filling at SDS. The reception was good and the doctor Neumann was also great. They explained everything and the outcome too. Only disadvantage is the rooms don't have a partion or screen. So whatever we discuss it will be heard and seen by all. If there was some privacy that would be awesome. Apart from that the dental treatment was effective and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Every time you walk in, they take care of you right away and always have a smile on their faces. The Doctors explain step by step what they are doing and why they are doing it. They make sure you feel comfortable and are in no pain. They encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions. They truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend anyone to go here!
Would have been a five star experience, except the cleaning was not as comfortable as I am used to. I suppose the difference might be that I typically work with my dentist as opposed to a hygienist for cleanings, and my former dentist seemed to take greater care to ensure comfort, as cleanings are generally not a comfortable experience to be begin with.Don't get me wrong: the hygienist was a wonderful personality and really did her best to make me feel comfortable and checked in every bit of the way there.
