I called a week ago to schedule an appointment.As a new patient I filled out all the online requirements including insurance information. I was very specific about what services I was expecting while registering online The office personnel was not professional and lacked the intelligence to inquire about my insurance coverage prior to appointment scheduled!! Gentle and kind!
Seguin Dental is great! The staff is so caring and procedures are all done meticulously and in a timely manner. Dr. Patel is very kind and encouraging and the rest of the staff are as well. Highly recommend! :)
Super gentle dentistry
They charged 2,000$ to remove molars and took a tooth I didn’t want removed and cut open my cheek and severely scratched another tooth. They also refused to return my teeth didn’t prescribe any antibiotics or medication and I got a severe infection that I had to go to the emergency room to deal with. I don’t recommend them at all. Extremely rude to refuse to return my teeth… pass out such poor service and be so incredibly rude to me.
