At one point, I gave Confident Dental a high review because at the time. I honestly can say what I wrote was accurate. But what I experienced yesterday left such a nasty taste in my mouth. If you ever go in a dental office . And have to deal with a professional that does not consider their patients and what’s best for them. And on top of that, not take accountability. When things go wrong and it’s not the patient’s fault. There is no need for you to continue going there.
I had such a great experience here! The receptionist was so kind, welcoming, and informative from the moment I walked in. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a place where everyone is so professional and genuinely caring. I definitely recommend this office!
No lines , no drama , no two month wait , great work ,what more can you ask for ?
Staff and the doctor were the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist. 10/10 will recommend
Very friendly and client oriented. a wonderful departure from many dentists out there in NYC, who are looking to see how much they can siphon out of a customer.
