I took a copy of my insurance by the office and scheduled an appointment. I was told they would contact my insurance company. The day of my appointment, I was called back to a room. I had xrays and the doctor numb my mouth. Someone came and said they didn't see a prior authorization or a quote. I was told I could pay for the visit or wait until they hear back from my insurance. Everyone was fast and friendly , the African american dr with the medium sized plaits was very knowledgeable and so was the assistant. That was my first visit. I do recommend them. Clean environment as well!
Not good experience right now. The head guy who worked on my teeth was older and he was suppose to fix a tooth I had a filling needed and it was worse the way I came in I payed up front because I’m in and out of town and no refunded or reschedule was accepted very disappointed
