I’ve been going to Dr.Crisman for years and lately they have changed staff members and office managers several times. Today I’ve never met the new office manager that had only been there a couple of months name Michelle and she was very rude. This woman argued with me in the front office concerning my bill which was not discussed prior to me coming. Also, she tells me I’m band from coming to Dental Partners in Eastridge. I needed a cap on my broken molar. My daughter recommended Dr. Carruthers since she had worked there with him. When I came in for my appointment I was surprised that I did not have to wait for more than 5 minutes. The least pleasant part of these type of treatments is the "long needle" to numb you up. Well, I hardly felt anything and the rest was a breeze since he let me use a rubber wedge to keep my mouth open. I could've gone to sleep right there! I only needed two appointments. Dr. Carruthers is the best dentist we’ve ever been to! He is not only excellent at his work, he is very caring and concerned for your well being! His staff is also very friendly and helpful.also. We highly recommend East Ridge Dental!
Great staff and experience, very professional, personal and caring!
Kenzie did an outstanding job.. She should I am her DAD and it was money well spent to have her in this profession.. The Dentist I am worried about but I will get over it... Just a joke... Curtis is the BOMB and a great friend and trust him with his judgements.. No worries and he is doing a huge tune up in my mouth next few months....
