terrible customer service. front desk stated they have a “policy” about providing insurance before your appointment. when asked when this policy is began (because I have been to the practice before) was told the front desk staff have “more important things to do” besides verify insurance when you come into office which is their job? very unprofessional will not be returning
I was scheduled for a new patient appointment today but had a very disappointing experience before I could even arrive. While using my GPS, I was unable to locate the office and drove around the area for over 15 minutes. I attempted to call for assistance but reached voicemail. Dr. Anglin and his staff are the absolute best!!!! He has been our family dentist for well over 25 years and he has seen me through a lot of fillings and crowns! I love his conservative approach and how he is able to relate to my dental fears (I have a lot of them!) I've felt so appreciative and blessed all these years to have found such an amazing and skilled dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Anglin especially to all you dentalphobes out there!
As a new client here, this is the first time I've had a cleaning and didn't leave in tears. I left smiling actually! I will be back!
