Dr. Ajayi was great! I was seen by her recently to get one filling done, and I must say that it was the best dentist office experience that I’ve ever had. Very smooth process, painless procedure and she made sure to inform me about what was going on throughout the whole appointment! Which I much appreciate. Terrible experience. I am a new patient and originally had an appointment scheduled but had an emergency and had to cancel. Upon trying to reschedule I was told that I am not allowed to schedule with them which was news to me. Incredibly unprofessional.
The office manager "Jennifer" was extremely unprofessional when I called to obtain an understanding of why my daughters appt was canceled. From the moment she answered the phone her tone was off. I initially thought maybe she was having a rough day and I wouldn't play into it. However, it continues to get worse and it was clear she had no intention of attempting to understand my concern. Dr. Anglin continues to be the BEST dentist in the world. It's just not him, but the whole team and the experience they offer. I haven't been back since relocating oversea 7 years ago, and I went yesterday and it felt like nothing had changed. I was greeting professionally, with the Office Manager Jen and I catching up on life. The Dentist Hygienist was very through with her assessment and cleaning. I am normally extremely anxious about going to the dentist. I left my appointment feeling completely at ease! The staff was phenomenal. Everyone was extremely friendly and the office was extremely clean and organized. My hygienist took extra care with me and explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it.
