The dentist and dental assistants are great, however the woman answering the phones at the front desk leaves a lot to be desired. I tried to make an appointment to have a chipped tooth repaired that I had previously discussed with the dentist. She says the records say I need a cavity filled not a chipped tooth, and says “you were told this” with a condescending attitude. I chose this practice through a trusted referral from someone who knows Dr. Anglin, so this experience was especially disappointing. Dentist and hygienist were both lovely. Unfortunately, the front office staff lack professionalism and Alicia is filled with arrogance. My husband and I attended our appointment earlier this week. From start to finish, this is an amazing dental practice. Their professionalism, customer service and efficiency is unmatched. Both Dr. Bethea and Dr. Anglin are incredible dentists. How blessed we are to have access to gold standard care. Thank you to All. Traci

terrible customer service. front desk stated they have a “policy” about providing insurance before your appointment. when asked when this policy is began (because I have been to the practice before) was told the front desk staff have “more important things to do” besides verify insurance when you come into office which is their job? very unprofessional will not be returning

I was scheduled for a new patient appointment today but had a very disappointing experience before I could even arrive. While using my GPS, I was unable to locate the office and drove around the area for over 15 minutes. I attempted to call for assistance but reached voicemail. Shortly after, I received a call from someone in the office asking for my estimated time of arrival. I explained that my GPS showed I was nearby, but I was having difficulty finding the location.
