After more than 8 years as a patient of Dr. Kevin, I can honestly say I would not trust anyone else with my dental care. He has completely transformed my smile through Invisalign and also made a custom grinding protector that has greatly improved my comfort and dental health. I WOULD WATCH OUT! Strongly do not recommend Dr. Kevin. Not only he did not finalise the proposed treatment, but sent me home with a promise that he would fix it if I had issues, which I did, and told him pn the day my tooth was uneven, caused continuous pain and put my teeth health and jaw at risk. I returned to the clinic only to have him shove the waiver on my face denying any rectification or adjustment. I had to seek another dentist and pay to have it all removed and redone. I had my first visit with Dr. Tim Williamson and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. What I appreciated most was how he explained everything in detail at every step of the check-up—there were no surprises, and I felt fully informed about my dental health. Disorganised and disappointing Booked twice, and both times they got it wrong. The first time, I arrived on a Sunday only to be told that the dentist doesn’t work Sundays—despite the young receptionist scheduling me for that day.
