I have had a lot of billing problems with this practice. They we're unable to get my insurances corrected. I went in on SEVERAL times to inform them. Each time they told my they had my insurances correct, but I kept getting bills because they had the wrong insurance. I did not listen to my husband and paid the balance, being told by office manager, everything will be refiled and I will get a credit. Today I was told there was no office manager. My family and I went to this dentist for about 4 or 5 years with no problems. All of a sudden, we got a new dentist who found something wrong with each of us, i.e., cavities, moving/weak teeth, etc. And, of course, it's always THOUSANDS of $$$$ to fix - even with insurance...smh!! We moved to another dentist and once again receive clean bills of health every six months! Get a second opinion if the dentists at Dental One suggests major, i.e., expensive dental work! You"ll be much happier - GUARANTEED!!!

I would not recommend this dentist office. Verry poor quality of work. Took 3 visit and $2,300 to have a crown of the worse quality I have had the displeasure of ever having. These people cause more problems than they solve. Stay away
