The experience I observed with a family member as the patient was exceptional. Starting with the front desk, the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The exam room was inviting with colorful imagery. Dr. Wilson was very methodical and thorough with the exam, and very patient with answering our questions once the consultation was completed. The staff was all super friendly, explained what was going to happen, explained insurance coverage. The dr. seemed to be a practical man and didn’t try to get me to spend more money on treatment I didn’t need. Overall, a great experience!
