I've been going to Dr. Lynnel B for over 15 years. She's fantastic with patients of all ages as my entire (extended) family has gone to her for the last 15 years as well. She's professional and caring in how she carefully explains in detail any procedure she or her staff suggest for you. I'm going to hate leaving her and finding another dentist when I move out of the state! Dr. B is great! I have never been more comfortable with a dentist! I had an emergency and had to have 2 teeth pulled and her office got me right in and she pulled the teeth with no pain at all! I have never had any pain during any procedure's with her! I highly recommend her!
We have been in WV for 6 years and have not been able to find a dentist that we felt comfortable with. Now we have. Dr. is very confident, friendly, knowledgeable. Explained everything to us and answered our questions. We did not notice any negative communication with the staff, seems to be a happy atmosphere. We will go back.
I have been a patient with this clinic for many years now. I am now motivated to write a review because of what I witnessed the dentist doing not to me but how she spoke to her staff. I never write reviews but I felt it necessary. She was the rudest woman I have ever encountered she spoke to her staff helping her during my procedurre like dogs and then had the nerve to complain about the staff infront of me while they were trying their best to help and work.
