Amazing experience, Dr Kaan and her assistants took the time to fix me right up. With an unexpected root canal and a filling to another. Kind and empathetic! The receptionist was also very helpful! I was extremely nervous, was very patient with me!
I Went in for my 11am appointment and I was moved into the room almost immediately, but the dentist didn’t come into my room until 11:45. Once she came in she was working on my teeth for 10 min then left for 7 min to work on another patient. I was not happy with this kind of treatment as I have never had a dentist leave the room mid way into my cleaning. When the dentist came back the rest of the procedure felt rushed and all over the place.
I wonder if we are all talkin' bout the same people. My assessment & treatment went great! Freezing is gone & i'm in no pain... first-time for everything...
The hours are Monday,and Tuesday 9-5 Wednesday - Friday hours vary but open at 9 for administration only (no dentist). Hours may vary for holidays and unforeseen circumstances....... The dentist's and assistants are very polite. The new receptionist is amazing, she makes sure if there is an issue with insurance she does everything she can on her end and if they need the patient to get ahold if insurance to change information she informs them.
