MONEY HUNGRY SCAM! I scheduled a routine cleaning. I arrived and was bombarded with a load of unnecessary nonsense and then hit with an estimate of over $1,000, even after insurance. These people did not clean my teeth after wasting almost 2 hours of my time because they claimed I needed a “more deep cleaning” and wanted me to sign a treatment plan with an attached cost estimate. Found Dr. Cantua at Dental Nook based on a high recommendation and have been pleased with his work, educational style and the professional and helpful hygienist and office staff. Hard to find that combo!
I initially enjoyed patronizing Dental Nook for my dental services when I first moved to COS three years ago…however I have noticed a decline in service, and a lack of customer care. On two occasions I’ve had to question them about billing (and I have legit insurance) and had the worst experience getting a crown put on my tooth. It’s been over a year and I’m still having issues.
