I cannot recommend Dr Clint and the team at Dental Members Australia highly enough. From the very beginning, Dr Clint was kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and treated me with respect and understanding every step of the way. 1st post :I need a manager to call me ASAP, emails aren't being answered, phonecalls aren't answered. 2nd post: HELLLLOOOOOO???? It's been over 24hrs now & STILL NO returned call??????? 3rd post: called again... message bank full???? 4th post: 12.47: called another DMA office for head office number. They don't have it but will get somebody to call me. Loretta was lovely & very helping. They were not very helpful made a lot of promises and basically left me with more questions than answers. The dentist that did my examination rushed my examination in and out 25 mins. The care factor was zero.
I have been a patient at this dentist for a few years now and could not recommend them enough. Everyone is very friendly and communicate well, especially when it comes to your care. They educate you on your dental health so you understand what is happening and how you can make a positive impact on your teeth. Plus, they are very affordable. An excellent practice all round.
