I have been using Dental Matchmakers for over 5 years, I have never had any problems at all. Carolyn is the nicest person in the business! I would recommend her over any other temp agency. She is very kind, and makes sure we are taken care of, and she has some really great staff!
WORST experience with a temporary agency we have had in 30 years of business. Very unprofessional and RUDE. Will not ever use her services again.
Unfortunately this was over the holidays during the busiest time of year. We book up weeks, even months in advance. The temporary was very ill that day and due to the holiday demand, we were booked solid that day and couldn't find a replacement inspite of all our efforts. We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this caused your office. At Dental Matchmakers, Inc., customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we strive to do our very best.
Had a temp scheduled for today, the called us an told us she was sick.... Now we are stuck with no temp for the day..... Figured they would get us a replacement, but nope....
