My husband had his checkup Sunday. They told him he needed a deep cleaning. He had his cleaning done by the hygienist Jesus. The hygienist told him he did not need to be numb for the procedure. 27 minutes later my husband is dismissed!!!!!!!!! The hygienist did a deep cleaning all 4 quads in just 27 minutes!!!!!!!!! I called and spoke to Fernanda she said my husband was lying and he was in there for longer, she also said my husband was asked if he wanted to get numb but that was not true he was not given that option. A friend recommended this place, and I’m a satisfied customer. The staff is excellent, and they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. I highly recommend it!
Misquoted us because they did not check our insurance. Agreed to service based on the misquoted price and was stuck with the bill 15x times that we were originally quoted because they didn’t check. Then when we asked for help to resolve this they blame each other for their mistake. Completely unprofessional. Do not come here.
