Save your money and look elsewhere. The quality of their work is inconsistent. They are frequently late delivering cases if it even arrives at all. The owner is a salesman and will talk you down even when the issue is legitimate. He will often blame his employees or turnover for the lack of quality. Trying to get answers about products or statements is almost impossible. A very frustrating place to work with.

They have delivered cases to the wrong location when the office address is clearly written on the lab slip. This is the third time it happens to our office. Called to let them know the issue and a rep transferred me to someone’s voicemail. They do not call back.
