The dentist was in a hurry and did not take time with my granddaughter she was getting an extraction. The lady put the numbing cream on and within the first 30 seconds started putting the shots in which was very painful for my granddaughter and when my granddaughter cried she said she can't do it. She recommends getting put under if she would have numbed it correctly and left it on for at least 5 to 10 minutes like you are supposed to. She would not have felt it
I have been taking me kids here for years and never had any issues. My sons crown fell out a few days after getting it done but they seen him as soon as possible and made sure to take the time to fix it. I like that they explain to children what is going to be done before starting anything new.
Don't go! They'll give you a random excuse to bring you in and You'll have more problems then you walked in with. Literally ZERO STARS but yeah don't waste your time on people who's only concern is their paycheck not your dental care.
