I made an appointment for dental implants for dentures. I was told over the phone it was a free consultation. The website shows free consultations. When I got there they told me the 30 minute consultation was $110. I told them all of the above. They were sorry I was misinformed (by their staff and their ad) and sent me on my way. Very unprofessional way to do business!
As a child growing up in Dallas, I went to the dentist every 6 months because my parents took me. After I grew up, I neglected to go. Fast forward about 25 years and I get a tooth ache. I started going to Dr. Stan after a reading many other great reviews. I could not agree more with what I have read, he and his staff are very friendly and professional.
Dr. Lowrance and his staff are wonderful people. I am terrified of the Dentist and therefore didn't go as I should have growing up and my teeth have paid the price for it. I found Dr. Lowrance a few months ago searching for a Dentist that could handle patients with a fear of Dentist.
