Had my cleaning with Pablo, and it was excellent! It’s a very kind and caring office who are quick to answer and accommodate. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed at this office and since then have come for all my dental care.
Where else can you go for an implant, a cleaning, a follow up appointment and listen to great music, ( Whitney houston and Michael Jackson) and they bring you a plate of food before your xray?!? lol 😆 but seriously great people and even better service Dr. Herzog the Assistant Alicia and Office Manager Jasmine are all great. We flew in late and they accommodated us our implant appointments! Great team!
I had an appointment at this location for the 1st time. I was seen at Bay Harbour office once months ago. Anyway, this location was clean, quiet, nice staff. My hygienes was Monique and she did a great job. She was patient and nice. And Jasmine was amazing. She was helpful and kind to me. Jasmine was able to explain my treatment plan and breakdown of my bill to me. I must say, Jasmine and Monique actually gave me excellent customer service today.
