Dr. Herzog & her team are awesome. She was willing to take me on as a patient with a difficult problem to solve with my implants, created by a dental school. Not a lot of implant specialists/dentists would do this. I had searched for someone to help for quite a while, spending thousands in vain. I was struggling to find a solution. Be careful! Make sure you understand the actual procedure performed and that it matches what you paid for upfront. They were supposed to remove all four wisdom teeth, and they charged me accordingly. However, after reviewing the X-ray with the doctor, I discovered that only two were removed—the doctor confirmed this as well. Now, they refuse to issue a refund and claim that the insurance didn’t cover the procedure, which is false.
