Very disappointing. I came in for a simple follow-up check after an extraction (5 days ago), and was told I could not be seen unless I completed a full new patient exam with X-rays. No willingness to help with a basic check, no flexibility, and no consideration despite living nearby. For a dental clinic, this felt more about procedures than patient care. Always great & thorough
Last week I had my first appointment including complete exam, X-rays, and cleaning. Dr.Heinrich was very thorough and talked me through the process. She is very kind and attentive. Lisa cleaned my teeth and did a fantastic job. My gums were not sore the following day. Lisa is very friendly and compassionate.
