I went in for the first time for a 6 month dental appointment. After getting 3 different sets of x-rays & teeth & gum evaluation They came up with the conclusion that Some of my gums were bleeding, which I did not taste or feel any blood and some left bottom bone strength, I needed a special cleaning not covered or 50% not covered by insurance. I have consistently found the staff to be friendly, professional, and accommodating. The optometrist has an excellent manner, she is approachable, reassuring, and always takes the time to clearly explain each step of the exam. On a couple of occasions when I needed last-minute appointments, the team was extremely helpful and made every effort to fit me in quickly, which I greatly appreciate.
Everyone at the dentist office is very nice, make you feel welcome, and put you at ease during your visit.
I give Dr. Edelman 5 stars, but unfortunately they have abandoned me as a patient. Had a 6 month cleaning scheduled in July. They called a week before to cancel the appointment because they said they are short on hygienists. Was told someone would be calling to reschedule. Waited 2 months and never received a call back to reschedule. I finally called the office to reschedule, and was told they only have one hygienist, who is booked out for over a year. Not giving 1 star cause I liked my dentist but just as other reviews say, they always cancel my appointments which I need later in day(cause some people actually work & don’t abuse the system)with the same excuse every time….we’re short on hygienists. Just tried to reschedule & I was offered 1 appointment in AM for the rest of the year! This business practice is unacceptable & I’m searching for a new dentist.
