I had to switch from this practice as they cancelled my appointment (which was scheduled 6 months in advance) due to not having enough hygienists, and they never called me to reschedule. The front desk staff is disorganized and there's lots of misinformation. I wanted teeth whitening & was told I needed to come in for a consultation (which I had already received here previously) because I had not had a recent cleaning (because they cancelled my appointment....). 5 stars for Dr. Edelman. She is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She just fixed one of my teeth and knew I was overdue for a cleaning and took care of that as well. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Edelman.
I have been seeing Dr Edelman at Dental Health Services for over 12 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Edelman. She always makes you feel comfortable, genuinely listens and never rushes, just an overall great dentist and person. The front office staff, however, are a very different story. Don't bother even calling or reading reviews. Not taking new patients.
Wonderful team of specialists and doctors. Very pleasant experience. We will continue to use them as our provider.
