The office is closed. I called this number to schedule a regular visit. Went there and office is closed. Called the number that text me a few times to confirm the visit. Got told that I was scheduled to an different office other part of the city which had not a single time been communicated with me. I was also told that their number was merged while I called about the office closed.
Well, I liked it here, but I a pretty sure it is now closed without warning, I called several times and left messages for over a week. No one returned my call. Then, I visited the office during business hours and the place was locked up. I went to the shop next door and they said they had worried they were closed as well because no one had been there in over a week. Poor ethics not telling your patients you are going out of business.
Convenient location, looks brand new, very clean, and organized office. I was looking for a new dentist, since I'm a new resident to Denver, that would take my insurance and they did. Staff is just wonderful! Everyone was super professional and the communication was great! Dr. Nguyen knows his stuff and did two fillings for me very quickly and effectively. I felt super comfortable in his hands and he did a fabulous job! I will continue to come back for all my dental needs!
I have been receiving my dental care at the Tiffany location since they moved from the tech center area. An exceptional team is now in place! Dr. Nguyen is a very professional, and approachable doctor. I have had 2 visits with Dr. Nguyen, and believe that he is a rare " find ". Thanks as well to Tori at the front desk... you make the entire admin arena run smoothly. Note to the owner(s): these people are winners! Thanks, Nick
