This office is the WORST. I have been trying to make an appointment for the past week. I have called and left messages, requested an appt via their website and no response. I FINALLY was able to speak with someone who put me on hold for about 20 minutes before the phone got disconnected. I called back and now no response.

Avoid at all cost! Outrageously bad service. I have been trying to get an appointment for 6 months. I finally managed to schedule one a month in advance. I called them the previous day to confirm only to find out that they had canceled my appointment. They didn't even bother calling me! Now it's back to the waiting game trying to get another appointment. Your Office manager in your Irvington office is very rude; she will not help me with my billing concerns, she said she had to wait for someone from this office to contact her she did not want to take the time to explain what the paperwork indicated she told me to just pay and wait to see if I could get any type of solution from this office. This is not the first time she had talk to me like this but as of today it will be the last after all these years; I will be looking for a new dentist and office.

I think I need to preface this wall of text by saying this is the first time I’ve EVER felt compelled to leave a review about a business online. I am doing so for the sole reason of hopefully helping someone else avoid the situation I was put in. First I'll give you the outcome of my last visit to American Dental Care. Debbie, the office manager, attempted to bill me for procedures that were 100% covered by my insurance. She demanded $350 out of pocket even after being called out by my insurance on the phone. My children and I have been using this office for many years. Have received excellent care for cleanings, fillings and a crown. The dentist has always gone out of their way to make sure all dental work is done well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
