Great experience today, in time, professional and friendly in the same time.
DO NOT see Dr. Roggensack as he exudes horrible patient relations and bedside manner. Unless you're looking for multiple appointment reschedules and incorrect charging for services I would recommend continuing your search.
It’s very professional place!
We have been going here for years and love our dentist so much that even after moving 3 1/2 hours away, we continue to go here and kept our dentist, Dr. Bjork. We come every 6 months for our cleanings and yesterday we drove there & back (7 hours total on the road) for a crown. The hygienist and Dr. Bjork both did a fabulous job prepping me for what to expect before, during and after the procedure. They use modern techniques and it was a very good experience and no pain. Katie(?) was awesome today. She provided clear and concise information on cleaning techniques that should have been provided many years ago by all of my prior hygienists. Well done. To DHA: You should use her to teach all your other hygienists.
