I went in a few days before my appointment (had already confirmed my appointment) to provide my new insurance information. I was told my regular hygienist was out on medical leave and asked if I wanted to wait a few minutes to get my insurance confirmed and have the other hygienist go ahead and do X-rays and clean my teeth. Since I was already there I said sure. Everyone in this office is friendly and professional. My teeth were cleaned. Hygienist made sure I was comfortable and having no issues.
