This office was rediculous, the hygienists and Managers try so hard to make these Night-Guard sells to you, it's rediculous... I'm not interested in going back...
I had to tell my friends and family to absolutely stay away from this office. They are all about the Pacific Dental style densitry and have no quality whatsoever in this office. Please look for another office and stay away from this place... I want to turn this office into the BB Bureau, and am strongly considering this... I was not treated fairly in any way. After going to this office for several visits, I then was so distressed with everything that I wanted to write a review about this office... And unfortunately I see a few other poor reviews here... I feel your pity/anger friends. This Dental office needs to put a website together for those coping with terrible experiences... Never Ever Again... Randall
I to was in this office only a couple of times and when I knew what was going on, I was out immediately... I agree, it's all about sales in this office and no quality... I didn't feel that I was treated properly at this office nor was the quality there... Go somewhere else please... James
Do not be fooled by the friendly staff at this office, trust me. The Manager (working for the owner who no longer practices and owns about 10-15 other practices) is out to get you. She will work extremely hard at selling you the most expensive crowns, night/occlusal guards (supposedly you have bad TMJ, and will talk all of you into bleaching etc. They are the most unethical practice I have worked for.
